Learning Legends

During our first meeting we discussed our job as Learning Legends and decided on our Council Charter!

Here it is...

• What is our purpose?

                To make learning at Aspire even more exciting. 

                To plan fun learning days and weeks.

• What are we going to achieve ?

               Plan a fun reading week.

              Organise a great Easter RE event.

• Any agreements/rules 

            We listen to each other.

           We share ideas.

           We are polite and kind to eachother.

In our session we explored ideas for how to improve our learning and ensure lessons are fun.

Then we focused on Reading Week! We discussed plans for previous Reading Weeks and World Book day and decided what to include this time. 

After that we researched some workshops that the children at Aspire might enjoy. We looked at some websites and watched some videos and chose two workshops we thought would be good. We then contacted them to see if we could make a booking.
