Aspire Choir Sing Out at the O2
Young Voices 2026 was such an amazing night!
We took our biggest ever choir to the O2 this week for the Young Voices Concert. 9 children and 4 staff spent the afternoon rehearsing with the Young Voices Band before singing their hearts out as part of a 9000 strong massed choir!
The children did us proud and had such a great time, making memories for life. They were great ambassadors for our school, showing everyone what can be achieved.
As a Headteacher sitting with the proudest bunch of parents, I was reminded of the positive impact of our extra-curricular offer to not only the children but the whole family too! Many parents believed that their child would never be able to access something like Young Voices when they were unable to manage mainstream education. But they discovered that our passion to ensure that the children are able to access all of the opportunities available to their mainstream peers, means that anything is possible. It may just mean a little extra preparation and planning on our part and additional support for the children but they really can achieve anything!!!
A huge thanks to the staff who have worked so hard to support and prepare the children for this amazing opportunity! You are all STARS!
We are all looking forward to next year.
